RESEARCH ON ORGANIZATION CULTURE
With ongoing environmental changes and the blending of different employee generations, the preferences of corporate staff are evolving significantly. Organizational culture has become a critical soft factor in maintaining a company’s competitiveness, making its proactive shaping and continuous development a key priority. In similar projects, we begin with a comprehensive audit and diagnostic process to identify and assess the key factors that define the organizational culture. Based on these findings, we develop a detailed managerial action plan to support positive change. When needed, we also take part in implementing the organizational culture transformation process by facilitating workshops and training sessions, organizing individual coaching, and moderating focus group discussions.
