PRICING POLICY ANALYSIS
We carry out various pricing-related projects in which we design optimal pricing mechanisms for a company, product group, or product category based on corporate and/or industry data, as well as primary and secondary market research. In doing so, we take into account factors such as consumers’ maximum reservation price, internal reference price, competitive environment, and price elasticity of demand—all with the goal of ensuring that the Client’s pricing policy fully supports their broader business objectives. For certain products and services, we also contribute to the development of pricing packages, including the definition of specific package elements and characteristics, and their customization to meet the needs of target customer segments.
